Overlay System Installation: Successfully re-roofed a highly populated building using a high-performance overlay system over a single-ply membrane, retaining all roof plant and maintaining full occupancy.Full Roof Replacement: Removed and replaced the inverted roof system of another occupied building, ensuring minimal disruption to JP Morgan Chase operations.
Enhanced Staff Security & Access
Designed and built a new secure entrance with a bespoke canopy , providing staff with safe, weather-protected access to the campus.
Leak Investigation & Rectification
Conducted comprehensive leak detection surveys to resolve long-standing water ingress issues, ensuring structural integrity and occupant comfort across key facilities.
Dilapidations & Refurbishments
Completed a detailed dilapidation survey for a vacated leased building.
