Client Representative

This multifaceted role encompasses overseeing the project management of projects as the client lead, involving coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors, as well as budget oversight and control project costs. This is a very client specific role and therefore we often tailor our service to each client and/or projects’ specific requirements.

Quality assurance is paramount, as the Client Representative we conduct inspections and checks to ensure construction aligns with specified standards and regulations. 

Contract management involves negotiating and reviewing contractual documents with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms. Our service would involve ensuring this occurs seamlessly.

A Client Representative plays a pivotal role in risk management, identifying and mitigating potential project risks by developing contingency plans. Additionally, we would closely monitor project timelines, working to keep the construction process on schedule and addressing any delays that may arise.

Communication is key, we would facilitate dialogue between the client and the project team, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client requirements are met. Conflict resolution is another facet of our responsibility, mediating disputes to maintain project momentum.

Ultimately, the Client Representative strives for client satisfaction, not only during construction but also post-construction. Our comprehensive involvement ensures that the project aligns with the client's expectations in terms of quality, budget adherence, and timely completion.
