The challenge A pressing centre is a highly specialised building . Its design must bring together complex production equipment, building services, drainage, utilities, logistics and operational workflows within a carefully coordinated facility.
The programme must also respond to the fixed seasonal demands of the harvest, making timely decisions and close coordination between the client, design team and specialist equipment suppliers essential.
Our approach Cliftons Projects is leading the project and commercial management of the scheme, providing a clear structure for decision-making, design coordination, cost control and programme delivery.

Current progress The project is progressing through design and pre-construction, with the consultant team focused on coordinating the specialist equipment requirements, maintaining cost certainty and protecting the overall delivery programme.
