Cliftons Projects is proud to announce the successful completion of the extension and fit-out of a cutting-edge Data Centre in Basingstoke. Originally built in the early 2000s, this facility has been reimagined to meet modern demands and embrace the latest in sustainable technology.

The project involved the transformation of a previously unused data hall, now fully operational, along with the construction of an adjacent extension to house advanced cooling systems. Collaborating with leading Services Engineers, we implemented innovative cooling solutions that align with today’s energy-efficiency standards and our client’s commitment to reducing their carbon footprint.

This milestone project was carefully designed to balance sustainability, capital cost, size, and acoustic performance. By incorporating modern technologies, we have not only met the immediate needs of the facility but also positioned it as a forward-thinking asset that contributes to environmental stewardship.
