A Proven Approach – A Flawless Outcome The project was procured using a two-stage negotiated Design & Build contract, with initial design development undertaken under a Pre-Construction Service Agreement (PCSA). This approach provided flexibility in refining the design while securing contractor engagement early, allowing for a smooth transition into construction.
Despite the tight timescales, we successfully ensured that the classroom extension was completed on time, within budget, and to the complete satisfaction of our client.
