Our Leadership Role – From Concept to Completion Working under the NHS Procure 21 (P21) framework, Cliftons Projects delivered comprehensive project leadership, overseeing every aspect from inception through to completion. Our responsibilities included:
Consultant Appointments – Sourcing and coordinating a team of specialists to meet the high standards demanded by this flagship project.
Appointment of the PSCP Contractor – Selecting a Principal Supply Chain Partner capable of delivering to NHS requirements.
Project Management – Acting as the P21 Project Manager, providing oversight across all project phases.
