Cliftons Projects Ltd, who acted as Client Representation, are delighted to announce the opening of the new Jubilee Sport & Recreation Centre extension for the University of Southampton.
Open to students and the public as of 2nd September, the facility will host its formal grand opening ceremony on 18th September.
The Jubilee extension is designed to promote health and well-being for both the university community and the wider public. This impressive facility boasts a large fitness suite, three squash courts, a café, four multipurpose studios, and a specialized spin studio. These new additions significantly enhance the existing sports facilities, offering a modern, versatile space for a variety of recreational activities.
The extension is part of the university’s broader strategy to promote physical activity, well-being, and community engagement through accessible, world-class facilities.
The formal opening on 18th September will be attended by university officials, local dignitaries, and community members.
