Cliftons Projects have been appointed as Project Managers to a new 2 year £10m halls of residence scheme for the University of Southampton. The scheme comprises of two buildings with a total of 300 bedrooms which requires a complete strip out and refit including a reclad; the University requires a phased completion so students can occupy the completed building in September 2019 and September 2020.
