Cliftons Projects were advised at the end of 2020 that they had been appointed to act as Project Managers and Cost Consultants for the re cladding of a storage tower at the campus of buildings in Hampshire.
The project whilst simply a re-clad is made logistically complicated by the fact there is an existing live storage facility at ground floor.
The image below is a proposal provided to the client however has not yet been ratified.
