The next phase: Springfield 2 and 3
Our latest appointment covers the refurbishment and fit-out of Springfield 2 and Springfield 3, continuing the University’s investment in high-quality accommodation for its students.
Having already worked on the previous phase, Cliftons Projects brings valuable knowledge of the buildings, the University’s requirements and the practical lessons gained through delivery. This continuity provides a strong platform for the project team as the next phase moves forward.
Continuing a successful partnership
We look forward to working closely with the University of Chichester, Drees & Sommer and the wider design and construction team.
Our focus will remain on collaborative working, clear communication and careful management of programme, cost, quality and project risk, helping the University achieve another successful outcome for its students.
This appointment further strengthens Cliftons Projects experience in higher education, student accommodation refurbishment and the delivery of projects within live university environments.
