Cliftons Projects have been approached by a German multi disciplinary company to partner with them for the office fit out for a luxury car manufacturer in West Sussex.
Cliftons Projects are providing Project Management & Employers Agent services and bring with them their experience in this type of project and their knowledge of the local construction Market. The first phase of a series of fit out projects at the car plant involves the total soft strip and high quality refurbishment of 1,315m2 at a total construction cost of £2.7m.
