We’re thrilled to share that Cliftons Projects has been appointed by Solent NHS as Project Managers for a feasibility study on a brand-new GP surgery in Cosham!
A Vision for Better Healthcare Our role in this feasibility study is to ensure a clear, actionable roadmap for the future GP surgery. This includes:
Engaging Stakeholders – Working closely with Solent NHS and the local community to shape a facility that truly meets Cosham’s healthcare needs.
Developing a Strategic Brief – Defining a clear vision and project objectives that align with Solent NHS’s long-term goals.
Assembling the Right Team – Appointing specialist consultants to drive planning, design, and delivery.
Managing Planning & Design – Ensuring a well-structured plan that prioritises functionality, efficiency, and a positive patient experience.
Cost & Project Oversight – Providing transparent cost reporting and keeping the project on track.
