Cliftons Projects were appointed to act as Project Managers, Employers Agent, Cost Consultant and Planning Consultant for the fit out of circa 700m2 of existing offices into B1a use under a Design & Build form of contract.
Our client needed to move into their new facility early in 2022 so we worked closely with the Design & Build Contractor under a two stage procurement route to achieve this fast track programme.
Our duties include:
Obtaining a Sui Generis change of use planning consent
Produce and submit the Licence to Alter
Project Management
Employers Agent
Cost Consultancy
Quality Control
