Chelsea & Westminster NHS Trust - Diagnostic Centre

Cliftons Projects were appointed to act as Project Managers and Clients Representative for the fit out of a 1,900m2 Diagnostic Centre for Chelsea & Westminster Foundation Trust in London.

This band new facility brought together in one purpose-built centre many of the diagnostic services that were previously spread across the hospital. The new centre will include all endoscopy, cardiology (including ECG and Echo), neurophysiology and lung function diagnostic facilities.

Alan Kaye (Diagnostic Services Manager) says: “This has been an exciting project which vastly improves the service we provide for our patients. We have created a much nicer environment for patients who are referred to the hospital for diagnostic tests. We have also doubled the number of treatment rooms in endoscopy to increase our capacity so we can see more patients.”

Cliftons Projects were responsible for gathering the user brief, collating an experienced design team and managing the design and construction process to ensure the end users’ expectations were met and delivered.
