Cliftons have the experience and expertise of working within the Healthcare sector through conventionally procured projects or projects using Procure 21, PreCure 22 and the iESE Framework agreements.

Cliftons are able to run or work within teams in the private or public sector to coordinate and lead projects advising on all aspects of design and construction.

PreCure 22

The PreCure 22 National Framework is a framework agreement with six Supply Chains (PSCPs) selected via an OJEU Tender process for capital investment construction schemes across England up to 2016. An NHS Client or joint-venture may select a Supply Chain Partner for a project they wish to undertake without having to go through an OJEU procurement themselves.



The Improvement and Efficiency South East (formerly known as SECE) has been established to provide a centre of expertise to assist government authorities in the south east of England to deliver capital projects collaboratively and with improved efficiencies.


Our Building Control, Assigned Certifier and Health & Safety teams provide a flexible approach which is both proactive and commercially aware. We offer expert advice on all associated acts, legislation and other regulatory, advisory and good practice guidelines affecting developments.

Working across all sectors our compliance teams apply a creative, problem solving approach, working alongside either traditional design procurement or with design and build teams.

We make a significant difference to spatial planning through creative advice on building regulations, compliance requirements and performance of the development.
